Ummm… I Got Owned Part 2?

Looks like somebody made it their news years resolution to patrol and correct my blog.  I am beyond flattered (plus it makes for easy posting, thanks!):

Sock puppet: “a puppet made with a sock.” Interesting. Maybe this could have been inducted back in the 1950’s. I’m pretty sure everyone knows what a sock puppet is these days. Perhaps “Wii” would have been a more apt entry, but I presume Merriam will get that in sometime around 2032.”

Fine.  All I’m saying is throw up a new date by the new definition; it’s misleading as is (and yes I know “online” did not exist in 1959 but it still needs clarification in case the aliens don’t understand or know the backstory).  I would also like to point out that this person’s email address indicates that they are Canadian.  Just sayin.

Things I Live For: People who have nothing better to do than weed through old posts of mine and correct every minute error I have made.  I didn’t know this blog was a reference tool…

    Being one who finds the annoyance of others to be a solemn duty, i commend you pissing off two people enough to write you an email (you definitely get bonus points for one being a canadian). Maybe they are sitting in their mom’s basement in their underwear writing blog about how bad blogging grammar has become. Remember, there is no such thing as bad publicity! Also, you referenced 1959 dictionary, but you didn’t specify BC or AD. And what about this Maya calender I keep hearing about, maybe we should use their system from here on out. Congrats on the blog blowing up!
